Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Our products are literally made to order, while we keep a very small inventory of the popular ones.

We believe the vitality of the freshly made products is one of their unique features and lends to their superior efficacy.  

When a customer places an order, we might not have one or more items in stock, which could delay shipping.  Generally it can take between 3-5 days to process an order during weekdays, though we aim to get an order out the door within 1-2 days of receiving it. We guarantee the fastest method you choose will be employed once the products are ready to ship. 

Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise value and are assigned as shown below. We do not aim to make a profit on shipping fees but we do incorporate a small charge for packaging and fulfillment overhead into the amounts we charge. We are a very small business and are not eligible for some of the large discounts larger companies are able to negotiate with UPS and Fed-Ex.

Shipping charges to your credit card will match the amount quoted at checkout. On occasion, actual charges may be more than quoted, however we will never charge you additional fees without your prior approval. This tends to happen for shipments to some international destinations, large orders or for added rush/special delivery requests.

All orders over $75.00 are eligible for free shipping. This excludes wholesale orders and international shipping destinations.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Client's change their minds about what they want and that's okay with us.  Please contact us so that we may accommodate your request. 

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to stop the order before it is filled. We are unable to cancel an order once it's been processed.

 

ORDER ISSUES

If you have issues with your order (order was not received or it's not what you were expecting) please contact us. We truly want to please you and always try our best to resolve any situation that comes up. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and 100% natural, so some variation may occur from batch to batch (slight changes in color, texture and scent).

Damages: Contact us if you receive a damaged item. We will replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

Rosemira skincare is handmade in small quantities to order, so we can provide maximum quality and freshness.  While it's our deepest hope that you enjoy every product you order from us, we understand that everyone's skin type is unique when resonating with skincare products. 

If you are unsure what products to purchase we encourage you to reach out to us before you place an order, with any questions about a product or your particular skin needs. We are available to answer all of your questions. We also offer personal skin consultations accompanied with samples of the products recommended. This is a sure way to experience our products before committing to a retail order. 

Our products are made from natural ingredients which are often limited seasonally and sometimes globally. Their availability and cost are dependent on success of harvest, the length of time it may take to grow and process a certain plant, supply vs demand, accessibility and availability in the market-place. Many of these ingredients are precious, and costly and as a green, sustainable company we feel responsible to be stewards of these ingredients and to use them wisely and consciously. Due to the artisan craftsmanship and the intimate nature of our products, when products are returned we cannot re-stock or re-sell them. After much contemplation we've decided not to offer exchanges or returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction, buyer's remorse, and on used products.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We encourage you to reach out to us at any time if you are unhappy with your order.  Due to the nature of our products, any authorized returns are processed as store-credit or product exchange. If the product arrived damaged it will be replaced. To receive store-credit, please reach out to us through your account or via e-mail within 30 days of purchase, and return the product within 10 days of reaching out.
