Why it works
Roses in Bloom Hydrating Toner uses white and Bulgarian rose hydrosols with neroli to rehydrate, rebalance the skin's pH, refine the look of pores, and calm the appearance of redness. Divine Honey Rose Replenishing Cream is rich yet light, with rosehip, olive, and borage oils and Bulgarian rose to deeply hydrate and support a soft, radiant glow while comforting the look of redness.
How to use
After cleansing, shake and mist the toner over the face three or four sprays with eyes closed, then press gently into the skin. While skin is still slightly damp, massage in a small amount of Divine Honey Rose cream over the face, neck, and decollete. The cream is ultra rich, so use sparingly. Store the toner somewhere cool, and refrigerate it to prolong its life.
